September Fayre - Report

This year's Good Shepherd September Fayre followed an established tradition
by raising the magnificent total of £1445.18 towards church funds.

We were delighted with the result - a record for this event.

Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make it happen,
and to all of you who came along - we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

Lost Property

Found on a table on the patio at the September Fayre:
two children's beakers with transparent lids.

Please speak to Keith, if they are yours.

Half-day Conference: From 10:15am, SAT, 23 SEP at St Paul's, Chichester

Revd Canon Dr Alan Billings will lead a half-day conference entitled

The aim is to help us reflect on some of the defining characteristics  of the Church of England, and to affirm the enduring value of traditional parish ministry.

Alan Billings is currently the Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire, and the author of several books on this subject. It promises to be an interesting morning.

Flower Sponsorship List

If you would like to sponsor the flower arrangements in church for a special event, whether a celebration or in memory of a loved one who has died, then please enter all necessary details in the relevant week on the Flower Sponsorship Schedule which is on the table at the back of the church.

The rota for 2017 is on the clipboard at the back of the church. Please do not 'claim' more than one date initially, to give others the chance to find a suitable date.  If you find that your preferred date is already taken, we suggest that you explore the possibility of a 'joint sponsorship' for that weekend.
